Are the watches authentic?

Our collection is supplied exclusively by verified distributors with years of experience and a broad base of loyal customers. We guarantee the authenticity of all our watches, which come in official packaging with accompanying documentation.

 

What if I don’t like the watch I buyed?

According to the European Union Consumer Rights Directive for online purchases, customers have the right to change their mind within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. During this period, you may return the item without needing to provide a reason, though you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

 

What if my package arrives damaged or incorrect?

In line with the aforementioned European Union Consumer Rights Directive for online purchases, if an item is delivered incorrectly or arrives damaged, customers are entitled to a free replacement. This requires that the incorrect or damaged item is returned to the seller.

 

Do you offer a warranty?

All watches in our collection come with a 24-month (2-year) warranty. Within this period, any defects that are not the result of user negligence or improper handling will be repaired free of charge. ADORNO HOROLOGY will cover the costs of shipping the item back to us for warranty repairs.

This website is owned and operated by ADORNO HOROLOGY, headquartered in Rijeka. By using this site, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon being posted on the website.

Ordering Conditions

All orders are subject to product availability and price confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to, incorrect information or suspicious activities. Once your order has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation via email.

All prices displayed on the website are final and expressed in euros (€). Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be shown at checkout unless stated otherwise. We accept the following payment methods: credit cards; VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfer. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery within the Republic of Croatia and international shipping to select countries. The estimated delivery time is between 10 and 20 business days, depending on the location. However, under Croatian law, the customer has the right to request a refund if the order is not delivered within 31 days from the date of confirmed payment. We reserve the right to adjust delivery times in special circumstances. Once the product leaves our warehouse, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

We offer the option of delivery within 24 hours from the date of confirmed payment if you contact us beforehand; please note that this option may increase shipping costs.

Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return purchased products within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Warranty

Our products come with a two (2) year warranty, unless otherwise specified. Our warranty covers potential manufacturing defects, battery replacement, and regular servicing. If damage or malfunction occurs due to improper handling, the warranty does not cover the cost of repairs.

In the case of a defective product, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund, provided the item is returned. We reserve the right to limit liability for any damages resulting from the use of this website, including technical errors, data loss, or delivery delays.
